Gino's Pizza

Thanx to XLRI for conducting interviews @ Chicago for US junta.
Fortunately, I was able to visit my favorite peetzuh place once again.

Its GINO's.

People argue about the best pizza in US. Some say it is NY's thin crust others prefer Chicago's Deep pan crust. I am a fan of the Chicago deep dish pizza.

My last pizza @ Gino's

Gino's East @ Chicago

A VERY SHORT HISTORY OF GINO'S EAST
In 1966 two Chicago cab drivers, Sam Levine and Fred Bartoli, became disgusted with the rush hour traffic and decided to quit hacking around. With the help of George Laverde, they went into the restaurant business. From the humble beginning on Superior St., pizza history was made and Gino's East became Chicago's most celebrated pizza. At last count, 847 other Chicago cab drivers have also tried to open restaurants in chicago....

THE WRITING ON THE WALL
Gino's owners believe in the right of "free expression". Not only do they let you write, scribble, print, autograph or draw your thoughts on anything that doesn't move, they also give you a pack of crayons so you can!

So, if someone goes to Chicago for International immersion, do visit this place and try to find my name on the wall.
