Some junta have taken it upon them to make strange facial hair a fashion. It is reported that full beard, only beard, anything that vaguely resembles beard & left overs from bad shaving have been reported.
Yours truly is a culprit too and will listen to the fashion police by getting rid of the nuisance ASAP.
