Today we learnt about Inflow, Interflow and Outflow in Human Resources.
This was compared to the life cycle.
i.e. from cradle to grave....
Term (Meaning in organisation)=>Equivalent from real life
Inflow(Employee joining)=>Birth
Interflow(Employee retention)=>Leading a normal life
Outflow(Employee exit)=>Death
I wondered where to put sabbatical in this context
(Employee on sabbatical)=>Person in COMA.

No...sabbatical means 'Person in deep concentration'...:)
